Oral Surgery Brian T. Hart, DDS
Brian T. Hart D.D.S is a Seattle native who attended University of Washington for his Bachelors degree and completed his dental degree at Georgetown University School of Dentistry in 1987. Over the next 18 months he participated in an Oral Surgery fellowship in Hagen, Germany. From 1989-1993 he completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles. For the next 2 years he remained at Harbor-UCLA, joining the faculty as an attending surgeon while also associating in private practice in the Long Beach and Beverly Hills areas.
Dr. Hart returned to the Seattle area in 1995, joining Puget Sound Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Seattle, where he also currently practices. In 1996, Dr. Hart became a member of the faculty as a clinical instructor in oral surgery at the University of Washington Dental School. In 1997 Dr. Hart established Harbour Pointe Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery where he practices with Dr. Kathleen Isdith. Dr. Hart was co-founder of the Greater Seattle Multidisciplinary Study Club. Dr. Hart has published articles in the Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Dentistry Today and has lectured to several study clubs on the west coast. Seattle Magazine has listed Dr. Hart among Seattle’s “Top Dentists.”
Dr. Hart has been certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, where he is a diplomate. He is a member of the Seattle-King County Dental Association, the Washington State Dental Association, the Western Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology.
